Is it time to get rid of the beginner’s MTB seal? Then you really got it right. The hills of Holbav offer you that transition to what MTB really has to offer. A relatively short but terrible circuit that will make you get lost in the symphony of landscapes between Măgura Codlei and Piatra Craiului. You will surely overcome all the limitations you had if this was the first round of its kind for you.
Leave the route in the care of the guides and focus on cycling, admiring and breathing.

Essential info
Required equipment:
- Mountain bike with front suspension at least. We recommend a light and versatile bike for this route. A full suspension does its job but the route does not have such technical parts that require the use of a full suspension. Either way, two suspensions are welcome anytime.
- Helmet – We insist that you wear a helmet on all tours organized by us. Experience leads us to believe that a helmet in its time can save you!
- Glasses – protects the eyes, both from the sun and especially from branches, geese or dust.
- Hydration system or can. Whatever you choose, the idea is to have a container in which to store water and which will not bother you while cycling (to sit in a backpack or on a bicycle)
- Gloves
- Footwear that does not slip off the pedals and that is comfortable even when you are pushing your bike (uphill or downhill). On the mountain you never know…
- Trousers with base. It doesn’t have to be lycra, there are a lot of other models and types of bike pants. It is important to have the base, the protection…
- Rain jacket
Recommended equipment:
- Service kit: A spare room (even if you have tubeless); “Cold” patches (small and easy to carry); Set of jams; Pump; Lever for changing the room in case of breakdown.
- First aid kit
- Handlebar flashlight and headlamp. Either or … Or both. With functional batteries
- Money changed
- External battery pack for phone or camcorder
- Camcorder
- Phone
- Energy bars
NOTE: The guide will have a first aid kit and a service kit.
